Can I relate? As i go through the 8 boxes, not on the shelves and I do have lots of shelves.
With 6 book cases in the house, 4 Pier I (3 - 3 shelf & 1 5 shelf) book cases in my hall waiting to be unpacked, and shelves along 15 feet of shelving 7 shelves high along a garage wall. Oh and then there are the piles in every room in the house and ?? boxes in the garage, I can more than relate. OCD is my take.
